It will be held in Nantes on 30th, 31st May and 1st June, for the closing of a programme financed by the French National Research Agency.
The conference will present the programme’s results but will also be an opportunity to take stock of the research on the subject of school dropout.
We invite you to present your work and discuss ideas concerning three key topics :
- Young people in the process of dropping out: risk factors, reasons for dropping out, occupational integration
- Teaching practices and support for dropouts
- Policies to reduce school dropout: partnerships, courses and arrangements
Selected communications will be published in on-line conference proceedings.
The conference programme includes three plenary sessions plus three sessions per theme.
A panel discussion will be organised between actors committed to reducing school dropout.
Registration
Registration fees are 100€, 50€ for doctoral students. Registration is to be done here, from 8th February to 15th may 2018.
Registration made before or on 16th April entitles you to the welcome cocktail on 30th May and to the meals served during the third day of the conference.
